SailOK Handicapping Help is delivered in a file named Handicap.chm, a Windows HTML Help File. It is included with the distribution but you can download it separately, if desired. It is to be downloaded to your disk. Be certain that you SAVE it rather than OPEN it. You will have to specify a location on your disk and remember where you saved it. After downloading, double click the file to access the help available with SailOK Handicapping.
